The Hagan Scholarship is a government-funded scholarship for high school seniors in the United States, but its value can be as high as $25,000, according to the National Association of Scholars.

The scholarship is the only federal award for students who attend colleges and universities that offer at least one year of college.

The award can be earned in a number of ways.

For example, students may be able to apply for the Hags.

They can also be awarded scholarships by an accredited private college or university.

A student can earn a scholarship by attending an accredited college or by earning a high school diploma.

To apply for a scholarship, a student must have a high-school diploma and be a U.S. citizen.

Hagan scholarships are available to students who earn a minimum of $50,000 and a maximum of $125,000.

Students who earn $50 to $125 million annually are eligible to apply.

Students with no prior college experience are not eligible.

Applicants can apply for an Hagan scholarship by sending a letter to the University of Alabama at Birmingham, with a copy to the Hagans scholarship fund.

In addition, a Hagan may be awarded to any student with a demonstrated financial need.

Haggan scholarships can be used to pay tuition, fees, room and board, books, transportation and other living expenses.

The awards are administered by the Office of Student Financial Assistance at the University, which is overseen by the Education Department.
