We have a huge number of ole MISS scholarship applications, and we’re excited to share some of the best ideas for scholarship applications.
Here’s what you can do to apply.
Register on the olemiss.edu website.
Register today to get started.
You can register online or at a campus location.
You will be asked for a name, address, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
Create an account.
To register, you must first create an account on oleMiss.edu.
This will allow you to create an email address and password for the site.
You’ll also need to create a profile on the site that you can link to when you register.
After creating an account, you’ll be asked to enter a password to verify your identity.
Submit an application.
Once you have submitted an application for a scholarship, it will appear on the scholarship page.
You won’t be able to change your application until after you’ve submitted it, so please make sure to complete the application before submitting it.
Be sure to include your contact information and a copy of your transcript.
Review the application.
The scholarship application will ask you to provide a short, self-assessment summary, along with your answers to questions about your scholarship goals.
Complete the scholarship application.
When you have completed your application, you will receive an email that contains a link to your application and your profile.
You may review your application before making a decision.
Complete your scholarship.
To complete your scholarship, you can check your scholarship status by going to the olymiss.com/scores page.
Select the “Check for scholarship” option and enter the amount of money you have contributed to the program.
You also may choose to check your eligibility status by clicking “Check eligibility.”
Check your eligibility.
After checking your eligibility, you should see an “Accept Scholarship” box.
If you are eligible, you may proceed to the next step.
If not, click the “Refund Scholarship” link and then the “Review eligibility” link.
When your scholarship application is ready, click “Apply” and fill out the scholarship questionnaire.
Make sure you complete the scholarship requirements before you submit your application.
If your scholarship is eligible, it may also ask you questions about yourself and your financial situation.
If the scholarship is not eligible, the scholarship will be processed the same as any other scholarship application and will not be displayed on the page.
The application will be reviewed and approved in the following order: By a committee or other ole-miss.gov representative, based on the information provided on your scholarship page and your answer to the scholarship questions.
If a committee member determines that your application is complete and accurate, the committee will then complete the review process and award you your scholarship amount.
If this committee is not selected, your application will not receive a scholarship amount and will be declined.
If no committee member decides that your scholarship can be approved, the application will go to the appropriate committee.
If an application is rejected, the review committee will provide the award and decision to the applicant.
If both your application AND scholarship application are rejected, your scholarship will not begin to be awarded.
